Swamp Serekh

- fictional place created by the mythology of JRR Tolkiens Middle-earth. Appears in the Silmarillion. Its lo cation is marked on the map of Beleriand attached to the book [1] . Serekh swamp - a great swamp, north of the quarry Sharon, betwe en the mountains and the Ered Wethrin Dorthonion. During the subsequent Battles of Beleriand there were often there to walk. During the Dagor-nuin-Giliath, Celegorm, one of the sons of FĂ«anor pushed on and destroyed the marshes where large force of orcs.
